Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Fruition Apple Brandy
  • 1/4 oz Burrone Fernet
  • Gulch Ouzo
  • 1/4 oz Violet Syrup
  • 5 dash Saline
  • GARNISH Cracked Pepper

Procedure

  1. Rinse coupe with Ouzo.
  2. Add brandy, fernet, saline, and skinny 1/4 oz violet to mixing glass with ice, stir.
  3. Strain into prepared coupe and garnish with cracked pepper.
