- 1 spray Gulch Ouzo
- 3/4 oz Fruition Apple Brandy
- 1/4 oz Burrone Fernet
- 1/4 oz Violet Syrup
- 5 dash Saline
- GARNISH Cracked Pepper
Procedure
- Rinse coupe with spray of Ouzo.
- Add brandy, fernet, saline, and skinny 1/4 oz violet to mixing glass with ice, stir.
- Strain into prepared coupe and garnish with cracked pepper.
