- 1 oz Gulch Ouzo
- 3 oz Root Beer
- GARNISH Stir Stick
Procedure
- Fill rocks glass with ice.
- Add root beer nearly to the top.
- Float ouzo on top; as it louches it will give the appearance of a foamy head.
