Ingredients
- 1 oz Gulch Ouzo
- 1/2 oz Creme de Cacao
- 3/4 oz Heavy Cream
- 1 Egg White
- 2 dash Chocolate Bitters
- GARNISH Nutmeg
Procedure
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with one Kold Draft cube and shake until the cube is gone.
- Strain into a large coupe.
- Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
