Ingredients
- 1 oz Fernet Cask Finished Whisky
- 1/4 oz Maple Syrup (50%)
- 2 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 Spray Burrone Fernet
- GARNISH Dried Orange Wheel
Procedure
- Spray rocks glass with Fernet
- Add all other ingredients to an iced mixing glass
- Stir to dilute and chill
- Strain over a large rock
- Spray top of drink with fernet and add garnish
