Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Guardian Gin
  • 1/4 oz Burrone Fernet
  • top with Tonic Water
  • GARNISH Sage Leaf

Procedure

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice
  2. Add Gin and top up with a good tonic water
  3. Add a splash of Fernet for color
  4. Garnish
