The Fernet Flip

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Burrone Fernet
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/2 oz Gran Marnier
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • GARNISH Angostura Bitter Drops

Procedure

  1. Add Fernet, egg white, Gran Marnier, and lemon juice to a mixing tin and shake to emulsify ingredients
  2. Add ice and shake to chill
  3. Strain into a coupe glass
  4. Garnish with several drops of Angostura Bitters
