Ingredients
- 1 oz Burrone Fernet
- 1 Egg White
- 1/2 oz Gran Marnier
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- GARNISH Angostura Bitter Drops
Procedure
- Add Fernet, egg white, Gran Marnier, and lemon juice to a mixing tin and shake to emulsify ingredients
- Add ice and shake to chill
- Strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with several drops of Angostura Bitters
