Ingredients

  • 1 oz Guardian Reserve Gin
  • 1/4 oz Demerara
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Spray Peychaud's Bitters
  • GARNISH Lemon Peel

Procedure

  1. Fill a mixing glass 1/4 full with Ice
  2. Add Reserved Gin, Demerara Syrup, and Angostura Bitters
  3. Stir to dilute and cool the drink
  4. Spray Peychaud's Bitters in a Small Coupe Glass
  5. Strain into the Small Coupe Glass
  6. Garnish
