Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Fruition Apple Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Guardian Gin
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Honey Syrup
  • 2 dash Orange Bitters
  • 3 Scrapes Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg White
  • GARNISH Angostura drops, dried lime, orange zest, and grated cinnamon

Procedure

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with one Kold Draft cube
  2. Shake until ice melts
  3. Double strain into a large coupe
