Ingredients
- 1 oz Perpetuity Gin
- 1 Egg White
- 3/4 oz Sage Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- GARNISH Sage Leaf
Procedure
- Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with one Kold Draft cube
- Shake until ice is completely melted
- Double strain into a large coupe
- Garnish
