Ingredients
- 1 oz Guardian Gin
- 1/2 oz Burrone Aperitivo
- 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 2 oz Carrot Juice
- 2 dash Cardamom Bitters
- GARNISH Carrot Top or Dried Lemon with ginger candy
Procedure
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until ice cold.
- Strain over fresh ice into a collins glass, the garnish
