Ingredients
- 1 oz Guardian Gin
- 1/4 oz Prickly Pear Syrup
- 1/4 oz Honey Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 dash Angostura Bitters
- top with Soda
- GARNISH Lemon Wheel
Procedure
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass.
- Top with soda
- Garnish
