Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Almond Milk
- 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 3/4 oz Pear Bergamot Acid
- 1 Egg White
- top with Soda
- GARNISH Cinnamon
Procedure
- Add ingredients to a shaker and flash blend.
- Add ice and shake until cold.
- Strain over 2 Kold Draft cubes and top with soda.
