- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Olive Brine
- 1/4 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Egg White
- GARNISH 3 Olive Skewer
Procedure
- Flash Blend without ice for 5 seconds
- Shake with ice
- Strain and Garnish
