Ingredients
- 2 oz Clarified Peach
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Hojicha Syrup
- 1 Drop Glycerine
- 5 Drops Ume Boshi Vinegar
- GARNISH Grapefruit Peel
Procedure
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until ice cold
- Pour over a large ice cube in a large rocks glass
