- 2 oz Clarified Peach
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Hojicha Syrup
- 1 Drop Glycerine
- 5 Drops Ume Boshi Vinegar
- GARNISH Grapefruit Peel
Procedure
- Add all ingredients to an iced mixing glass
- Stir to dilute
- Pour over a large rock
- Garnish
