Ingredients

  • 1 oz Guardian Gin
  • 1 oz Chinotto
  • 1 dash Black Walnut Bitters
  • 1 dash Wormwood Tincture
  • Rinse Burrone Fernet
  • GARNISH Orange Peel and Cherry Spear

Procedure

  1. Spray small coupe with Fernet
  2. Stir all ingredients with ice in mixing glass
  3. Strain into small coupe
  4. Spray cocktail surface with Fernet
  5. Garnish
