Ingredients
- 1 oz Guardian Reserve Gin
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Honey Syrup
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 dash Orange Bitters
- top with Soda
- GARNISH Lemon Wheel
Procedure
- Separate egg yolk
- Add ingredients to mixing tin with ice and shake
- Strain into a collins glass with fresh ice
- Top with soda
- Garnish
