Ingredients
- 1 oz Perpetuity Gin
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Honey Syrup
- 3/4 oz San Bitter
- GARNISH Dehydrated lime wheel
Procedure
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold.
- Strain over 3 Kold Draft cubes in a large rocks glass.
- Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
