Ingredients

  • 1 oz Flying Anvil Single Malt
  • 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz Orgeat
  • 1/4 oz Orange Cordial
  • 2 dash Orange Bitters
  • 2 dash Tiki Bitters
  • GARNISH Orange peel and cherry, pineapple frond and cocktail umbrella if available

Procedure

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until ice cold.
  2. Strain over fresh pebble ice in a small rocks glass.
