Ingredients

  • 1 oz Flying Anvil Single Malt
  • 1 oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 dash Orange Bitters
  • 2 dash Gulch Ouzo

Procedure

  1. Add all ingredients to shaker with one Kold Draft cube
  2. Shake until ice is completely melted.
  3. Double strain into large coupe
  4. *Toasted Coconut Syrup: toast 3 oz coconut, add 36 oz coconut water and 18 oz sugar, dissolve sugar then strain and bottle.
