- 1/2 oz Burrone Fernet
- 1/2 oz Flintlock Bourbon Cask Spiced Rum
- 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Strawberry Thyme Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- GARNISH Angostura dots
Procedure
- Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with one Kold Draft cube
- Shake until ice fully melts
- Double strain into a large coupe Garnish
