Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz Burrone Fernet
  • 1/2 oz Flintlock Bourbon Cask Spiced Rum
  • 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Strawberry Thyme Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • GARNISH Angostura dots

Procedure

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with one Kold Draft cube
  2. Shake until ice fully melts
  3. Double strain into a large coupe Garnish
