Ingredients
- 1 oz Guardian Gin
- 3/4 oz Ginger Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- coat the bottom of glass Blackberry Puree
- GARNISH Ginger Candy
Procedure
- Shake all of the ingredients (no blackberry) with ice
- Coat the bottom of a large rocks glass with blackberry puree, then fill with crushed ice
- Strain into iced rocks glass
