Aperitivo Sour

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Burrone Aperitivo
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • GARNISH Spritz of Peychaud's Bitters

Procedure

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin and shake until ingredients are fully emulsified.
  2. Add ice to mixing tin and shake to chill.
  3. Double strain into a coupe.
  4. Garnish with a dash or spritz of Pecyhaud's Bitters.
