Ingredients
- 1 oz Burrone Aperitivo
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- GARNISH Spritz of Peychaud's Bitters
Procedure
- Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with one Kold Draft cube
- Shake until ice fully melts
- Double strain into a large coupe
- Garnish
