- 1/2 oz Burrone Aperitivo
- 1/2 oz Fruition Apple Brandy
- 1 1/2 oz Cold Brew Coffee
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- GARNISH Grated Nutmeg
Procedure
- Flash Blend without ice for 5 seconds
- Shake with ice till cold
- Strain into a large rocks glass and garnish
