Ingredients
- 1 oz Strawberry Puree
- 3/4 oz Pear Bergamot Acid
- 1/2 oz Honey
- 1/4 oz Cold Brew Coffee
- 3 dash Saline
- GARNISH Pride
Procedure
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until ice cold.
- Strain into small coupe. No garnish.
