Ingredients

  • 8 Lemons Lemon Peel
  • 150 gram White Cane Sugar
  • 34 oz Hot Water
  • 2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 1/2 oz Honey
  • Nutmeg

Procedure

  1. Combine peels of 8 lemons with 150 grams of sugar and let rest overnight.
  2. Combine in a pot the oleo saccharin with water, lemon juice, honey, and 1/4 of a nutmeg, grated.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently, then strain through a fine mesh strainer.
