- 1 oz Guardian Gin
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 dash Habanero Shrub
- 4-5 leaves Mint
- 1 Egg White
- GARNISH Mint leaf and a spray of Peychaud's
Procedure
- Shake with one Kold Draft cube until cube melts
- Double strain
- Garnish
