Ingredients

  • 1 oz - Rum
  • 1 oz - Coconut Milk
  • 3/4 oz - Demerara Syrup
  • 2 oz - Coffee
  • Garnish - Chocolate Espresso Bean

Procedure

  1. In a shaker add Rum, Coconut Milk, Demerara Syrup, and Coffee
  2. Add Ice and shake
  3. Pour shaker contents into a Rocks Glass
  4. Garnish with a Chocolate Espresso Bean
  5. Serve with straw

PRO TIP

Go light with ice in the shaker so that everything fits in the rocks glass.  Top with ice if needed.
