Ingredients

  • 1 oz - Reserve Gin
  • 1/4 oz - Demerara Syrup
  • 2 Dashes - Angostura Bitters
  • Spray - Peychaud's Bitters
  • Garnish - Lemon Peel

Procedure

  1. Fill a mixing glass 1/4 full with Ice
  2. Add Oaked Gin, Demerara Syrup, and Angostura Bitters
  3. Stir to dilute and cool the drink
  4. Spray Peychaud's Bitters in a Small Coupe Glass
  5. Strain into the Small Coupe Glass
  6. Garnish with a Lemon Peel

PRO TIP

If you have multiple drinks to make, add all ingredients to the mixing glass with ice and let it sit.  That will give you the needed dilution without having to stir very long.

Fill the coupe glass with ice water to chill the glass while mixing the cocktail. Drain the glass before spraying it with Peychaud’s.
