Ingredients

  • 1 oz - Reserve Gin
  • 1/2 oz - Lemon
  • 1/2 oz - Honey Syrup
  • 1 - Egg Yolk
  • 2 dashes - Orange Bitters
  • Top with - Soda
  • Garnish - Lemon

Procedure

  1. Separate egg yolk
  2. Add ingredients to mixing tin with ice and shake
  3. Strain into a collins glass with fresh ice
  4. Top with soda
  5. Garnish with lemon
