Ingredients

  • 1 oz - Fernet
  • 3/4 oz - Orange sherbet
  • 3/4 oz - Egg White
  • 1/2 oz - Lemon Juice
  • Garnish - Angostura Drops (marbleized)

Procedure

  1. Add Fernet, orange sherbet, Egg White, Lemon Juice, and a shaking cube to a shaker
  2. Add 4-5 Ice cubes
  3. Shake till all ice is gone
  4. Pour into a coupe glass
  5. Dot the froth with Angostura and drag a straw through to marbleized the top of the drink
