Fernet Flip
Ingredients
- 1 oz - Fernet
- 3/4 oz - Orange sherbet
- 3/4 oz - Egg White
- 1/2 oz - Lemon Juice
- Garnish - Angostura Drops (marbleized)
Procedure
- Add Fernet, orange sherbet, Egg White, Lemon Juice, and a shaking cube to a shaker
- Add 4-5 Ice cubes
- Shake till all ice is gone
- Pour into a coupe glass
- Dot the froth with Angostura and drag a straw through to marbleized the top of the drink
