Bee’s Knees
Ingredients
- 1 oz - Gin
- 3/4 oz - Honey Syrup
- 1/2 oz - Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes - Lavender Bitters
- Garnish - Lemon Peel
Procedure
- In a shaker add Gin, Honey Syrup, Lemon Juice, and Lavender Bitters
- Add Ice and shake
- Strain into a Small Coupe Glass
- Garnish with a Lemon Peel
