PRO TIP

If you have multiple drinks to make, add all ingredients to the mixing glass with ice and let it sit.  That will give you the needed dilution without having to stir very long.

Fill the coupe glass with ice water to chill the glass while mixing the cocktail. Drain the glass before straining the mixing glass.

  • 1 oz - Gin
  • 1 - Underberg
  • 1 - Ice Sphere

Procedure

  1. Melt a Large Ice Block in the Sphere Mold
  2. Fill a mixing glass 1/4 full with Ice
  3. Add Gin and Underberg to mixing glass
  4. Stir to dilute and cool drink
  5. Strain over Ice Sphere in a Rocks Glass

PRO TIP

Keep the sphere mold in the hot clean dish water to speed up melting.

Put the sphere mold in a black bowl with a little warm water to catch drippings and speed up melting.

If you have multiple drinks to make, add all ingredients to the mixing glass with ice and let it sit.  That will give you the needed dilution without having to stir very long.

  • 1 dash - Gentian tincture
  • Spray glass - Peychaud's
  • Garnish - Orange Peel

Procedure

  1. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Spray a small coupe glass with Peychaud's.
  3. Strain into coupe and express orange peel over cocktail.
  4. Garnish with Orange Peel.

  2. Double strain into a large coupe.
  3. Garnish with dried lemon wheel.

PRO TIP

Go light with ice in the shaker so that everything fits in the rocks glass.  Top with ice if needed.
